All started with Fabrizio, a young designer I met during a UX conference in Milan.

When we met, Fabrizio desperately asked me for advice about my approach to designing effective websites for my clients since he was overwhelmed by his design approach and struggled to reach his stakeholders' expecations.

From his own words, I understood that Fabrizio failed to solve the right problem for stakeholders because he started all his projects designing pretty visuals, ignoring the essential steps of the creative process to design a successful website.

From his story, I could see myself when I started designing websites 12 years ago.

If you are like Fabrizio or me back then, your process should look like this:

I know that designing effective websites while enjoying the creative process comes with many other challenges.

So if you’re sick of…

  • Being lost about where and how to start your design project;
  • Feeling stressed about meeting stakeholders or clients expectations;
  • Feeling burned out and overwhelmed about the process of solving the right problem with your website design;
  • Wasting time searching for reliable resources to improve your UX design and Web design skills;

I can help you overcome these challenges with the book I wrote "Don't Start with visuals".

What is in this book

With “Don’t Start with visuals, " I've put together a guide broken down into 7 steps of useful tips and tricks about UX Design and Web Design that I use to design successful websites for my clients and stakeholders.

This book will teach you a clear process that will help you to design effective and engaging websites that will add real value to users and businesses from the ground up.
